Hey Peter, yes falsetto counts for the vocal range. My range is f3-c6… at EVERY morning, my voice can go as low up to b2, but later in the day my lowest note becomes f3… my lowest tessitura is a3-g4, I can push my full chest voice upto an a4 with a little tension….
